Responsibilities

• Develop websites, microsites, and/or iOS and Android applications
• Develop Interactive Media (mall directories, displays, presentations, toolkits)
• Develop Content Management Systems
• Prototype new applications
• Analyze code for problem resolution and performance optimizations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.
• Required skills: HTML/5, CSS/3, JavaScript, PHP, MYSQL
• Knowledge of Code Igniter Framework is a must
• Ability to interpret written requirements and technical specification documents
• Ability to code software according to standards and design guidelines
• Proficiency in using social media applications
• Knowledge of multimedia and interactivity
• Able to demonstrate a sound knowledge of Photoshop
• Working knowledge of iOS and Android development tools is a plus

Copywriting

• Good understanding of consumers
• Can brainstorm and conceptualize big ideas
• Pitch ideas
• Create copy for ads (digital, videos, print, OOH) and social posts
• Can write in both English and (colloquial) Filipino
• Able to adjust copy mood and tone depending on target audience
• Keep in touch with the latest trends and Best Practices

Community Management

• Good understanding of consumers
• Excellent communication skills
• Organized, detail-oriented, and has good time management skills
• Can write in both English and (colloquial) Filipino
• Able to write flexibly, depending on target audience
• Able to monitor and track social metrics

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/College Degree in Art/Design/Creative Multimedia, Advertising/Media, Mass Communications, Creative Writing, English Literature, or any equivalent
• Required skills: word processing software and social media platforms

• Accuracy and attention to detail
• Professional approach to time and deadlines
• Portfolio, if available, to be reviewed during the interview
• Required languages: English, Filipino
• At least 1 year of working experience in a related field is preferred for this position, but fresh grads are most welcome to apply
